Bryant & Stratton College Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form

This form is used for reporting an incident of Harassment, Discrimination, or Sexual Assault to the Title IX Office at Bryant & Stratton College. Please provide as much information as possible. By completing this form you are triggering an investigation into the incident unless you make an anonymous report. Individuals who wish to anonymously report an incident should be aware that their anonymity may inhibit the College’s ability to conduct a full investigation of the incident, provide support, and/or update the student regarding actions taken. Data compiled from this form assists with the compilation of statistical records for assaults that occur on the campus.
